“~Oh, I don’t mind. I’m sure it’s good if you like it so it should be worth the money~” Tamern assured her as she mentioned to him what kind of drink they should order. When a waiter came close he managed to catch his attention, even if the worker hesitated to answer him, and sent him to get the second kind of wine Suzdal had mentioned before starting to look at his menu.

“~You’ve been awfully busy with work, I noticed. Are you hoping for a vacation any time soon? Or do you find something fun to do on the planets you go to to keep you occupied?~” he asked her idly while he looked for something he would want to try.

“Yes, it s4ould be as long as t4ey 4ave a good make. 4e4e4e as long as you enjoy it to.” You let him take care of it.  Watch the waiter carefully you would not let any mistreatment or rudeness go by undealt with.  It had certainly been sometime since you had been in a formal setting unlike most of the seadwellers that did nothing more then paper work you did enjoy being relatively busy.

“O4 yes. I 4ave been. Yes and know. At least it keeps my occupied. Yes, I know I often end up dealing wit4 t4e rat4er 4ostile ones t4oug4 w4ic4 does keep me on my toes. 4ow 4as your work been as well?” Skim over the menu looking at a few rather tasty looking items.

“~Sounds dangerous. Though I suppose not for you, hehe. Too good at what you do to let yourself get hurt~” Tamern mused as he mentioned how hostile the places were that she went. “~Oh, my injury has kept me from going back to the colonies, mostly because my men won’t likely listen to an officer in a cast. Luckily cadets do so I have been given a temporary place teaching them hand to hand combat and the like. It would be easier if I could just show them but they are improving despite that little handicap~” he hummed, glad that he wouldn’t have to deal with his cast much longer.
